of real estate appraisal there is little (if
anything) that is static. Recognition of change
-- whether it be in the marketplace, the regulatory
environment, the national economy, or the most
current methods of appraisal analysis -- is
a critical factor in reaching an accurate determination
of value. Continuing education at all levels
is an important aspect of professional development.
